Acceptable Use Policy

1. Using the website

• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the store or its systems.
• Do not scrape, resell or misrepresent our content, product descriptions or images.
• Provide accurate order and contact information.

2. Using our products safely

• Use each product within its printed IP rating, current rating and plug standard.
• Do not overload, submerge (unless expressly rated), or modify any product.
• Do not use a product to substitute for fixed electrical work — that must be done by a qualified electrician.
• Test portable RCD adapters before each use and do not rely on them as absolute protection.

3. Age restrictions

The store is not intended for children under 13. Customers aged 13–17 must have a parent or guardian's consent to purchase. Outdoor power must always be set up and supervised by an adult.

4. Prohibited uses

Do not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could endanger people or property through misuse, overloading or unsafe wet-environment use. We may refuse or cancel orders that breach this policy.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend access or cancel orders where this policy is breached. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
