Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping cost

Shipping is free worldwide on orders over $60. Below that, a flat standard rate is calculated and shown at payment. Volt Club members receive free worldwide shipping on every order. All amounts are in USD.

2. Processing and delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Domestic UK delivery typically arrives in 2–5 business days.
• International delivery typically takes 5–15 business days depending on destination and customs.

3. Tracking

We email tracking once your order is dispatched. If tracking hasn't updated after several days, contact support and we'll chase the carrier.

4. Duties and taxes

Cross-border orders may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Where charged, these are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping. We do not mark parcels as gifts.

5. Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address and chosen plug standard at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to re-ship (re-shipping costs may apply).

6. Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact support within a reasonable time. We'll arrange a replacement or refund per our Returns and Refund policies.
